Winter months bring snow to Beaver Creek, creating a beautiful winter setting. Skiing & Riding : With a world class ski and snowboard instruction, varied mountain terrain, and 145 ski trails, Beaver Creek is a ski resort that is famous for its perfectly groomed corduroy. It is also host of December's thrilling Birds Of Prey World Cup races.

Ice Skating : The Black Family Ice Rink in Beaver Creek's Village Center is popular with all. Look for ice skating shows. Skate rentals are available.
Nordic Skiing / Beaver Creek Cross Country Center : Located near the Strawberry Park Express Lift, the full service nordic center will introduce you or further your skills on nordic ski equipment such as cross country skis, skate skis, and telemark equipment. Rentals, lessons and special programs are available.
Tubing: The Haymaker Tubing Hill is a 4-lane, lift-served tubing hill 400 feet long. Fun for all ages. Rides begin after 1:00pm. Call (970)754-5368 for more information.
Hot Air Balloon Rides : See the Rocky Mountains and the Beaver Creek area from an aerial view! Balloon rides start after sunrise. Dress warmly and bring a camera. Children must be 6 years or older. Contact the Concierge for booking information.

Thursday Night Lights : A complimentary guest ski-down each Thursday at 6 p.m. throughout most of the season. Ski down carrying glow sticks. A fireworks display follows.
Concerts at the Crystal Grotto : North America’s only performing arts center created from ice with ice instruments! Seating 125 people, The Crystal Grotto at Beaver Creek is located near Spruce Saddle Restaurant. Performances are at 1:00pm and 3:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and select Fridays throughout the winter.
