Poste Montane's deluxe Lodge Room is a hotel room featuring a king sized bed with premium down bedding, a small seating area and a wood burning fireplace. If checking in after the front desk is closed, your arrival packet will be left for you at the Beaver Creek Welcome Gate.

Poste Montane Reservation Policies
Deposits : A deposit of 25% of the total vacation cost is due at time of booking
Balance Due : Balance of total vacation cost is due 10 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 day prior to arrival for winter bookings, or by October 15th for holiday bookings.
Forms of Payment : Cash, personal/travel agent check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), or money order accepted for advance deposits and final payments. MCO's are not accepted.
Cancellations: A $100 fee or 20% of the deposit, whichever is greater, will be charged on cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival during the summer, and 30 days during the winter.
Cancellations made less than 10 days during the summer and less than 30 days during the winter will be charged the total vacation cost.
For holiday bookings, 20% of the first deposit will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15. The total vacation cost will be charged on cancellations made after October 15th.
